Who We Are
Monterey Press was established in 2005. Our first title was that of our founder, David Brewster, entitled Success with Simplicity. Having learnt many lessons from the process of publishing this first book, David decided to share his knowledge with others.
Since then, there has been a steady increase in the number of Monterey Press titles. Monterey Press continues to assist emerging authors with their publications. With the mainstream distribution of One Bite at a Time in 2008, Monterey Press looks forward to an exciting new phase in its existence.
Our Philosophy
At Monterey Press, we believe that great ideas and insights are best shared through books.
The internet is a great means of distributing information and for interactive discussion, but there is still nothing quite like a book - a book you can hold, a book you can line your shelves with - to give you the complete experience of thinking and learning.
Books have benefits for both their authors and their readers. For their readers, there is the benefit of going deeply into a subject and of being able to dip in and out anywhere, any time - repeatedly.
